Custom Shopify Theme for a Premium Clothing Brand
Problem
A fast-growing clothing brand was running on a generic Shopify theme that could not reflect their premium positioning. Their conversion rate sat below industry average, the mobile experience was broken across several devices, and customers had no intuitive way to navigate size, colour, and fabric variants. Cart abandonment at the product page was consistently high and the brand had no way to differentiate visually from their competitors.
Solution
We built a fully custom Shopify theme from scratch using Liquid and JavaScript, designed around the brand identity in Figma before a single line of code was written. We implemented an advanced variant selector with live image swapping per colour, an integrated size guide modal triggered contextually, a sticky add-to-cart bar on mobile, and a custom collection filter system. Shopify Markets was configured for multi-currency support across their GCC customer base.
